Please Note
In order to grant a higher level of transactions security, opening packages on the spot before payment is not authorized anymore. However, as we are restlessly working on all of our consumers’ satisfaction improvement, you have the possibility to return your items in case you find any unexpected issue with them (for example in the unlikely case that it was the wrong item). If there is a problem, please follow our Return Policy and we will support you.
 

Delivery Types

  • Door-to-door delivery signifies our service of delivering packages directly to your specified address, ensuring convenience and ease.
  • Pick-up point delivery allows you to collect your package from a designated location, such as a nearby store or business office, providing flexibility and convenience for those unable to receive deliveries at home.

 

Delivery Options

  • Door Delivery: Your delivery period begins from the day of order placement until our delivery associate attempts to deliver, with two delivery attempts over two days (8:00 am to 4:00 pm). After this, the order will be canceled.
  • Pickup Stations: Your delivery period is from order placement until you receive an email, SMS, or app notification stating your order is ready for pickup. Please collect your item within 5 days to avoid cancellation.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
 

Package Size Classification

Small: Designed for smaller items such as phones, earphones, toothpaste, and memory cards.

Medium: Suitable for mid-sized appliances like blenders and iron boxes.

Large: Reserved for larger appliances like Freezers, fridges, washing machines, and TVs.

 

Shipping Fees

Ensure a Seamless Shopping Experience with Mehia Online Deal timely and Secure Delivery Services. Our delivery fee charge is based on your geographical local.
 
Delivery of small / Medium items within Accra is GH¢20 – GH¢50
Delivery of bigger items within Accra is GH¢60 – GH¢120
 
However, free delivery is also available on promotions.
